For groups within Units, Districts, Divisions or Counties who have made a significant difference to the lives of others through a community action project. This could be through fundraising or a practical project.

Guidelines for making an application
A form should be completed by any member of Girlguiding who wishes to recommend them, which should be authorised by the County Commissioner.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Region Office, Applications are then submitted to the Region Awards Committee for the final decision.

Guidelines for writing a letter of support
An application should be accompanied by between 3 and 6 letters or other pieces of evidence such as newspaper reports/photographs etc.
This must include a certificate or letter from the charity being supported if applicable.
