Meetings
All meetings are weekly on zoom. Apart from Brownies, all units meet throughout the year, with Brownies taking the summer holidays off from meetings. Girls don’t have to stay online for the whole of the meeting if this doesn’t fit with their energy levels.
Rainbows: Thursday
Brownies: Monday and Thursday
Guides: Monday and Wednesday
Rangers: Thursday

We follow the Girlguiding Programme and earn badges - lots of badges that get posted out. We do all sorts of things at our online meetings, such as cooking, crafts, games, first aid, challenges, escape rooms, coding, art, mindfulness and other activities you would expect from Girlguiding (though passing things from one person to another is proves challenging, so we adapt activities to make them work on zoom!). It gives the girls some space to socialise with people that understand their situation and time to be themselves. We also have special events at weekends and sleepovers (sleep somewhere other than your bed), these are an opportunity for all the units to come together.
