We know that guiding means we're often on the move - playing games, getting out and about, and spending time in nature. And we also know that mental health is really important to our members. So this Mental Health Awareness Week we're looking at some of the resources we have available to get you and your units moving.
Region packs and activities
- Use your senses: the RSPB have walking activities for all sections especially developed to help girls connect with nature for their wellbeing.
- Take 10: be kind to your mind and take ten minutes out of your day to try a host of fun, relaxing activities to help your wellbeing with the Take 10 packs for all sections. And don't forget to order your badges.
