Region DofE Expeditions
We are pleased to be opening up expressions of interest for region DofE expeditions in 2025.
If you or a young person you know are currently completing the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and looking for a Bronze, Silver or Gold expedition, please complete this expression of interest form by 12 December. We will then send you an email with further details if you are successful in gaining a place on an expedition, or you will be placed on a reserve list.
2025 Dates
Bronze
Please note that you will only need to attend one of the training and qualifying expeditions listed in addition to the training walk.
- Training walk: Sunday 2 March
- Training and Qualifying Expedition 1: Monday 7 - Thursday 10 April
- Training and Qualifying Expedition 2: Friday 15 - Monday 18 August
Silver
- Training walk: Sunday 16 March
- Training day and Practice Expedition: Tuesday 8 - Friday 11 April
- Qualifying Expedition: Saturday 16 - Monday 18 August
Gold
- Information and planning Zoom: Tuesday 17 December 7-9pm
- Training walk: Saturday 29 March
- Practice Expedition: Monday 14 - Friday 18 April
- Qualifying Expedition: Friday 22 - Monday 25 August
